In Croatia, you can vote in the European Elections if you are:
If you are an expat living in Criatia you need be registered at electoral register before Friday 10 May.
If you are a Croation citizen living abroad and your have an e-identity card, you are automatically registered.
If you are a Croatian citizen living in Croatia, you are automatically registered.
You must vote at your designated polling station. Take your ID with you.
