In Estonia, you can vote in the European Elections if you are:
If you are an expat living in Estonia you have to register at the population register.
If you are an Estonian citizen living abroad, you don’t need to register in advance.
If you are a Estonian citizen living in Estonia, you are automatically registered.
You must vote at your designated polling station. Take your ID with you.
