How to vote?​

Sunday 9 June 2024

In Lithuania, you can vote in the European Elections if you are:

  • at least 18 years old on election day
  • a Lithuanian or an EU citizen with a legal residence in Lithuania or a Lithuanian citizen living abroad

If you are an expat living in Lithuania you have to register at the Central Electoral Commission , before Wednesday 1 May.

If you are a Lithuanian citizen living abroad, you need register at the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry at least before Sunday 12 May.

If you are a Lithuanian citizen voting in Lithuania, you are automatically registered.

You must vote at your designated polling station. Take your ID with you.
