How to vote?​

Sunday 9 June 2024

In Luxembourg, you can vote in the European Elections if you are:

  • at least 18 years old on election day
  • a Luxembourgish or an EU citizen with a legal residence in Luxembourg or a Luxembourgish citizen living abroad

If you are an expat living in Luxemburg you have to register at the local community or MyGuichet.lu, before Monday 15 April.

If you are a Luxembourgish citizen living abroad, you have to register at the local community or MyGuichet.lu, before Sunday 17 March and Tuesday 30 April.

If you are a Luxembourgish citizen voting in Luxembourg, you are automatically registered.

You must vote at your designated polling station. Take your ID with you.
