In Malta, you can vote in the European Elections if you are:
If you are an expat living in Malta you have to register before the deadline of 31 March. Download the form you can find here (point 5), fill it in and deliver it at your local community or police station.
If you are a Maltese citizen voting in Malta, you are automatically registered.
You must vote at your designated polling station. Take your ID and your voting document with you.
