How to vote?​

Sunday 9 June 2024

In Slovenia, you can vote in the European elections if you are:

  • at least 18 years old on election day
  • a Slovenian or an EU citizen with a legal residence in Slovenia, or a Slovenian citizen living abroad

If you are an expat, you have to register with the Ministery of Interior before Sunday 25 May.

If you are a Slovenian citizen living abroad you have to register at the State Election Commission.

If you are a Slovenian citizen voting in Slovenia, you are automatically registered.

You must vote at your designated polling station. Take your ID with you.
