In Spain, you can vote in the European elections if you are:
If you are an expat, you have to register and express your wish to vote at your local community before Tuesday 30 January.
If you are a Spanish citizen living abroad you have to register at the consular register for the place where they live.
If you are a Spanish citizen voting in Spain, you are automatically registered.
You must vote at your designated polling station. Take your ID with you.
